Shipping Policies
- Due to federal regulations, we can only ship alcohol within the state of Michigan. For shipping to all other states please call the winery at 800-756-5357.
- Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Standard Delivery will arrive within 7 to 10 days following credit card authorization.
Discounts
- Discounts are given on 12, 24, 36 bottles and above. 12 bottles receive 10% off, 24 bottles receive 15% off, and 36 and above receive 20% off.
- Please note that our shopping cart does not calculate discounts. You will find discounts reflected on your receipt that is mailed to you.
- Warner Vineyards accepts Visa and MasterCard.

Return Policy
Due to Michigan Liquor Control laws we are unable to accept returns on alcohol.
To return apparel, accessories or other non-edible products:
- If within 40 days from the date of purchase, a full refund for price the paid, less shipping, will be issued via the original form of payment.
- If past 40 days from the date of purchase, a full refund for the price paid, less shipping, will be issued in the form of a merchandise exchange.
For wrong items shipped or items damaged during shipping will be replaced at no cost if you contact us within 3 days of receiving your package.

Privacy Policy
We take your privacy very seriously and we DO NOT sell, rent, share or give away any of your personal information with anyone. Information collected on this site is used only to ship merchandise when you place an order, answer and requests for information, and to keep you informed of upcoming events and sales. Our online store is hosted on a secure server. We will immediately remove your name for our Email newsletter at your request.
You Must Be 21 Years of Age to Purchase Alcohol
 Our responsibility is to verify age to prevent minors from obtaining alcoholic beverages. In compliance with the state law; we MUST have your Driver's License on file before your order will be processed. Please fax to: (269) 657-4154 or email to orders@warnerwines.com. If faxing, please also write your name & birthdate on the paper.
By sending us your Driver's License you are representing that you are this person. And by placing an order for an alcoholic beverage through our website, you formally represent that you are at least 21 years of age and that the intended recipient of the shipment is at least 21 years of age. The recipient will be required to show identification that that proves he or she is at least 21 years old and will be required to sign for the delivery. If the recipient cannot provide identification proving their age or the recipient's home is vacant, the delivery will be re-attempted until the recipient is present and can provide identification.
