Shipping Policies
- Due to federal regulations, we can only ship alcohol within the state of Michigan. For shipping to all other states please call the winery at 800-756-5357.
- Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Standard Delivery will arrive within 7 to 10 days following credit card authorization.
Minimum Orders & Discounts
- When ordering wine, please order in multiples of 3 (for example 3, 6, 9,12, etc.). You may mix and match bottles to reach the minimum order.
- Discounts are given on 12, 24, 36 and above. 12 bottles receive 10% off, 24 bottles receive 15% off, and 36 and above receive 20% off.
- Warner Vineyards accepts Visa and MasterCard.

Return Policy
Due to Michigan Liquor Control laws we are unable to accept returns of any alcohol beverages. We are able to exchange or return any of our other merchandise. If you have any questions please feel free to call us at 1-800-756-5357.

We take your privacy very seriously and we DO NOT sell, rent, share or give away any of your personal information with anyone. Information collected on this site is used only to ship merchandise when you place an order, answer and requests for information, and to keep you informed of upcoming events and sales. Our online store is hosted on a secure server. We will immediately remove your name for our Email newsletter at your request.
You Must Be 21 Years of Age to Purchase Alcohol
Our responsibility is to verify age to prevent minors from obtaining alcoholic beverages. In compliance with the state law; we must have a legible, enlarged copy of your driver's license at the time of purchase.
You may fax a copy of your license to (269) 657-4154. If you have visited the winery before and purchased alcohol and signed our Guest Book you do not need to send a copy of your driver's license.
ALL ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE SOLD IN MICHIGAN AND TITLE PASSES TO THE BUYER IN MICHIGAN. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any states outside of Michigan. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of alcoholic beverage products. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you. ALCOHOIC BEVERAGES MAY BE SOLD AND DELIVERED ONLY TO PERSONS WHO ARE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD. IF PLACING YOUR ORDER, YOU REPRESENT TO US THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD AND THE PERSON TO WHOM DELIVERY WILL BE MADE IS AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD. When your alcoholic beverages are delivered, the person receiving delivery WILL BE REQUIRED TO SHOW IDENTIFICATION proving that he or she is at least 21 years old.
